Attn: NEW COVID-19 White Rabbit Inn Policies EFFECTIVE 7/2/20:
It’ll be great to welcome back guests (sort of) after a long 3 1/2 months but there’ll be a few temporary changes. Please read and/or if necessary, re-read these revised polices before submitting your reservation request. But don’t hesitate to contact us if you have any questions. Please note that these new temporary changes will, in some cases, override any previous WRI policies. Thanks so much for your patience and for 28+ years of continued support. Stay safe. Stop the Spread. Save Lives.
—- We’ll be operating at 50% capacity until further notice. Only our two, freestanding cabins; Dusty’s and Bill’s plus our two larger Birch rooms will be available for rent.
—- In order to minimize the risk of community spread and create less contact between guests and surfaces, we'll be temporarily suspending our group breakfast buffet and any additional guest access to our lodge. If guests need any available item(s) from the lodge/office, they can always text or call the Innkeeper during normal business hours (9am-10pm ET) and we’ll leave any item(s) outside their room. As compensation for not serving breakfast, we'll be temporarily decreasing the nightly rates by $15 plus 6% MI sales tax for each available room.
—- There will be a two night minimum stay requirement for all stays except for the normal three night minimum over major holidays and peak summer (early August) weekends. In order to follow and maintain Michigan and CDC cleaning and sanitizing guidelines, there will be, at least, a 36hr. window between bookings for each individual room/cabin.
—- Advance reservations by phone or online only. Reservations accepted with approved major credit cards only. No cash payments and no drive-up reservations accepted.
—- Room occupancy is restricted to registered guests of the WRI and its employees only. Please feel free to inform any potential visitors, friends and/or family members in advance of our COVID-19 policies and arrange to meet them at another nearby Harbor Country location.
—- Please be advised. There’s no criminal penalty for an individual not wearing a facial covering but a business can refuse service. Best advice? Know before you go.

—- All policies are subject to change and will be amended as needed. So, watch this space.
Effective 7/15/23: Effective today we are pleased to announce the resumption of our group breakfast buffet, however, until further notice, in order to offset the increased costs of time, labor and food, we will only be serving breakfast on weekends and most major holidays. Our nightly rates have also increased in accordance with this update.
Thanks again.
Kindest regards,
AJ & Jan Boggio-Innkeepers
